Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. If there is not enough time to safely complete the service, it will be considered a late cancellation.
A valid card is required to reserve your appointment and will only be charged if the cancellation or no-show policy applies.
